Each case is different and presents its own unique challenges but my approach has been consistent throughout. I use innovative legal strategies, common sense, sound judgment and relentless determination to obtain the best possible results.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I obtained a B.A. Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from SUNY at Buffalo, then earned my J.D. degree at The George Washington University School of Law. In private practice since 1983, I have represented a wide variety of corporate and individual clients in a broad spectrum of business disputes. I have litigated complex commercial cases and appeals in various New York State and Federal courts. I have handled hundreds of securities arbitrations, as counsel for both claimants and respondents. I have litigated numerous employment-related disputes, including discrimination claims, and I have litigated a wide variety of real estate-related cases, including brokerage disputes. I have also handled many commercial and residential real estate transactions.
