The right to be free of discrimination in the workplace has become a hallmark of our society. Landmark legislation has been adopted on the Federal, State and local level to protect our rights in the workplace. My employment law practice focuses on individual discrimination claims involving Title VII, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law.
